FARMINGTON – Take a break from the typical holiday hubbub and spend your Tuesday evening – yes, your Tuesday evening – with the Mt. Blue Curtain Raisers Improv Comedy troupe on Dec. 23 at 7:30 p.m. in the Mt. Blue Campus Forum.
The Mt. Blue Curtain Raisers perform unscripted, audience interactive comedy, built on the suggestions provided from the crowd. They perform short form games like those popularized on “Whose Line Is It, Anyway?” as well as original scene-based games, that combine a little bit of everything. This season the group hopes to bring something different and new to every performance, though every show is unique because it is made up right in the moment.
Each year the troupe travels to Boston in the spring to perform at ImprovBoston, a professional comedy theater in Cambridge. Donations will be accepted at the door to support this trip.
