CARRABASSETT VALLEY – The public is invited to an artist reception for Carol Tanner Proctor from 4-6 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 29 at the CV Public Library & Community Center.
A wine and cheese reception will be held in the Begin Family Community Room for Proctor’s beautifully detailed work. She draws from life experiences and paints watercolors of a wide variety of subjects.
Whether close to home or toting her pencil, paper, and paints along the coast or in the mountains of Maine, she captures the ever-changing seasons.
