Rustic Overtones to headline benefit concert at Titcomb Mt. on Sept. 8

WEST FARMINGTON - Synergy is a fun and unique fundraising event sponsored by the United Way of the Tri-Valley Area in partnership with Franklin Community Health Network (FCHN). Held on September 8, 2012 from 5 – 10:00 p.m. at Titcomb Mountain in Farmington, Synergy is an evening of great live music. Bring the family, chairs or blankets and enjoy: Reggae Loving CatchaVibe; Beatles and Red Hot Chili Peppers-influenced The Running Gags; and rock/jazz/funk virtuosos Rustic Overtones.

Hamburgers and hotdogs and other fixin’s will be sold, and alcoholic beverages will be available for those of age.

Proceeds from Synergy will help FCHN increase its mobile health outreach, and allow the United Way to increase support for children’s services, and violence prevention. Synergy is also an opportunity to formally recognize volunteers who contribute thousands of hours a year improving our communities.

Tickets are $18 in advance and $20 at the gate. Volunteers who give so much to our communities and are affiliated with a member organization of the Franklin Volunteer Network, FCHN, or those who participate in United Way Days of Caring are being recognized for their service with a reduced admission of just $10.
