Coldwell Banker Sandy River Realty agent earns associate broker designation

FARMINGTON – A sale’s agent at Coldwell Banker Sandy River Realty recently completed rigorous coursework to earn the designation of Associate Broker.

Lisa Libby began her career in real estate in March 2013. After obtaining her sales agent’s license she immediately joined Coldwell Banker Sandy River Realty. Libby has been a valuable asset to the company, setting and surpassing her productivity goal of $1 million in sales in 2014.

She credits her success to her enthusiasm for assisting others in their real estate needs.

“My motto is ‘I love being a realtor,’ which is very evident by my enthusiasm and sincere enjoyment in what I do,” Libby said. “I am a real people-person. I enjoy working with both buyers and sellers and like to utilize current technology and social media.”

Libby was born and raised in Franklin County. She graduated from Mt. Blue High School, where she was a member of the varsity basketball team and can still be seen around the courts cheering on her daughter and showing her Mt. Blue pride. She enjoys the four seasons of Maine and likes fishing, riding ATVs and snowmobiles, and kayaking.
