JAY – Ecomaine is renewing efforts to ensure that recycling materials are free of contamination.
Area citizens are asked to make sure that trash items are kept separate from recycling. For questions about what can/cannot be recycled, ecomaine’s Recyclopedia app works to clarify. Simply put in the questionable item and the app will respond with whether the items should be recycled, reused, trashed, etc.
