FARMINGTON – The Small Business Administration along with the Franklin County Chamber and CEI are presenting a “Meet the Lenders” workshop on Tuesday, Aug. 26, at the University of Maine, Farmington campus.
The free event will be held from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. A continental breakfast will be provided courtesy of Franklin Savings Bank.
This event is a great opportunity for any individual; from those seeking to start a business to business owners seeking financing; to meet with representatives from area banks, representatives from the SBA, development agencies, micro lenders and the chamber.
“The Franklin County Chamber of Commerce is excited to be working in conjunction with Betty Gensel at CEI, the SBA, and Franklin Savings Bank to bring ‘Meet The Lenders’ to Franklin County for the first time”, said Chamber Director, Erin Arthers. “Our goal is to successfully connect business owners and entrepreneurs with small business lenders and meaningful business advice.”
