FARMINGTON – Palmer Realty welcomes Linda Barton as a new sales agent.
Barton has vast business experience prior to choosing real estate as her new career. She worked for Metlife as a financial service advisor and was top in sales for investments and insurance oroducts through educating and guiding her clients to their success.
She also started a Curves franchise feeling it would be a good service to the community (Rumford area) with the intention of selling it in 2 years which she did.
Barton went on to purchased Richards’ Florist in downtown Farmington, running the business and managing the apartments for over 15 years and increasing the bottom line even during the recession. Recently, she facilitated the sale of the florist building and business to a local person.
Combining her love of working with and being of service to people and her business, real estate, and investment experience, she is looking forward to assisting new clients at Palmer Realty through the often complicated process of buying, selling and investing in real estate.
