RANGELEY – On Friday, December 30, 2011 from 12:00pm to 5:00pm, new business, Camp Do What You Wanna (CDWYW), invites the general public and several distinguished guests to join them in celebrating the grand opening of their recreational rental shop, general store, bakery, and café in downtown Rangeley.

Life-long friends and motor sport enthusiasts, Alexander Allan and Jeremy Kelley, have relocated to Rangeley from Barre, MA to open the camp. They offer ATV, side by side, scooter, and snowmobile rentals, as well as a bakery and café.

“It’s been exciting watching the development of Camp Do What You Wanna,” said Judy Morton, Executive Director of the Rangeley Lakes Chamber of Commerce. “The ATV business in Rangeley is a growing family-oriented activity and the services Camp Do What You Wanna provides are important for the expansion of this fun-filled adventure in our region that has over 130 miles of interconnected ATV trails and over 150 miles of groomed snowmobile trails. Camp Do What You Wanna is located right in the middle of these remarkable trail systems. It’s a wonderful addition to the many amenities our area offers for the ATV and snowmobile enthusiast.”

In conjunction with the event, CDWYW has promised a $1,000 donation to the Rangeley Lakes Snowmobile Club. Club president, Steve Dudley, will be present at the ribbon cutting ceremony at 1:00 pm on Dec. 30 to receive the check on behalf of the club.

“The Rangeley Lakes Snowmobile Club is pleased to welcome the region’s newest recreational vehicle business, Camp Do What You Wanna. They are generously donating $1,000 to the RLSC Trails Fund. In this difficult economy, this most welcome donation will help us to maintain trails in Maine’s best snowmobile destination. We thank Camp Do What You Wanna very much,” said Steve Dudley, President of the Rangeley Lakes Snowmobile Club.

CDWYW will unveil their new fleet of 2012 Ski-Doo rental snowmobiles and announce the new additions to their business, including rental cabins in 2012, mountain-view building lots that are currently for sale, and their new mobile website. Free samples of CDWYW’s homemade baked goods; hourly door prizes, including free one-day rentals of an ATV, side by side, or snowmobile; and a live WTOS radio remote with popular morning show host, Tom O, will be part of the festivities.
