AUGUSTA – On March 26, 2016, state Sen. Tom Saviello (R-Franklin) recognized state Rep. Russell Black (R-Wilton) and his wife, Susan Black, with a Legislative Sentiment for their accomplishment of being named the 2016 Conservation Farmers of the Year by the Franklin County Soil and Water Conservation District’s Board of Supervisors. The Blacks own and manage the 500-acre Black Acres farm in Wilton.
