Royal Wedding China featured at LEAP silent auction Aug. 18

FARMINGOTN – Nancy Marshall, president of NMC of Augusta, donated four pieces of royal wedding china to LEAP’s silent auction to be held Aug. 18 at Sandy River Golf Club as part of the Sixth Annual Golf Tournament and Silent Auction.

Marshall acquired the china while handling the PR throughout North America for the UK Gift Company during the engagement of Prince William and Catherine Middleton, who were married in April of 2011. The four pieces of china, including two plates, a pill box and a saucer, are valued at over $400. Two of the pieces are from the official Royal Collection and two of the pieces are from Royal Worcester.   1. This is a wonderful donation… I hope it brings in a high bid. Just curious tho… how does a pill box fit into a “dish set combo”… dont get me wrong… its AMAZING and really COOL… just wondering is all.? And donated to a great cause !
