FARMINGTON – Coldwell Banker Sandy River Realty has announced that Susan Stinchfield has joined the sales team.
Though newly licensed as a sales agent, Stinchfield has been employed with Coldwell Banker since 2012 as a bookkeeper and marketing specialist. Her experience as a member of the support staff has provided valuable knowledge of the real estate industry and will prove to be beneficial in her new role as sales agent. She is highly skilled with the application of technological tools, social media, and property presentation.
Though originally from Wilton, Stinchfield lived most of her adult life in North Carolina and California as a military spouse. Returning to her hometown with her three children in 2009, she is active within the community. She has volunteered her time within the school district and with the Wilton Recreation Department. Stinchfield now leads a team with the Franklin County Women’s Softball League and can often be heard singing at local open mic nights.
