WILTON – Many alumni and current members gathered on Sunday to celebrate the 100th year of the 4-H program in Maine.

Many talked about their experiences and memories as 4-H members with many project scrapbooks and pictures on hand to view in the Comfort Inn’s conference room.  A slide show of old photos flashed on a screen while cupcakes with the familiar four-leaf clover on each was enjoyed by members.

State Sen. Tom Saviello presented a legislative congratulations, signed by all members, to 4-H representatives Lois King and Judy Smith of the Franklin County 4-H Club, a program of the University of Maine Cooperative Extension.
