  1. Dane, I was in the same boat with a nest. Started trimming a hedge and there was a nest with small, blue eggs. Needless to say, I stopped where I was and we have a pretty funny looking hedge until the birds leave the nest! Momma put her nest quite close to where all the action is at our house, but she is still back and forth.
