An arrest was made in January, “based upon leads developed by Charles and information gained by Detective King during a polygraph examination,” according to the FCSO.

Also indicted was Justin Robinson, 21 of Freeman Township, on one count of unlawful sexual contact, a Class C felony, and one misdemeanor count of unlawful sexual touching. Robinson was arrested on March 27 after FCSO received a complaint about an incident which allegedly occurred earlier that day. The alleged victim in that case is under the age of 16.
