FARMINGTON – Grace Reformed Presbyterian Church will hold worship services every Sunday beginning Nov. 2 at 10:30 a.m. in Room 101 of the Roberts Learning Center at the University of Maine at Farmington.

The group began in January 2013 as a Bible study/fellowship, renting space at a local church in Farmington. The Center is located at 270 Main Street in Farmington.

Several families who were committed to the historic Reformed Christian faith met for study, discussion and a fellowship meal on Sunday afternoons. They soon decided to associate with the Orthodox Presbyterian Church. After seeking and receiving oversight from the Presbytery of New York and New England, they were designated a missionary work of that denomination.

Grace Reformed emphasizes the preaching of the Gospel with the New Testament doctrines of grace, which were recovered during the Protestant Reformation.

All are welcome to attend services and to stay for classes and a potluck meal which will follow.

For more information, please call Elder Steven Anderson at 782-3184.

The church has no affiliation with UMF.
