FARMINGTON – The Maine State Association of Emblem Clubs does a community service project each year. They selected the Western Maine Homeless Outreach shelter in Farmington as their project for 2013-2014.

The Brunswick Emblem Club sent them $100 earlier this year. All of the other clubs in the state collected about $800, which was recent presented to the manager of WMHO by the 2nd Vice President of the Maine State Association.

  1. Great work Emblem Club! I’m sure the shelter needs the help. Franklin county has needs that go well beyond public funding. This will help provide a safe space, support, and the help for families in need.
