Farmington Emblem Club holds first meeting of fall

FARMINGTON – Farmington Emblem Club’s first meeting after summer began with a meal of chop suey, salad bread and cake for dessert.

The meeting was opened with the stationing of the Flags of the United States of America.

The first order of business was to initiate Timothy Callahan as the newest member of Farmington Emblem Club #460. State Past President Constance Small did the initiation.

The Farmington Emblem worked on the final preparations for the Farmington Fair. They will also be hosting a Blood drive on October 24th.

Farmington Emblem Club will be collecting bath supplies to support military spouses. The club is also still collecting buttons for the Buttons for Babes project.

The winner of the raffles for the month were Mystery gift – Debbie Holt, 50/50 – Shannon Smith and Pot of Gold Roberta Ranger.
