WILTON – The Wilton Group is sponsoring a Meet and Greet event for candidates at the Calzolaio Pasta Company, Main Street on Wednesday, May 27, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. with light refreshments and a cash bar.
The event will give Wilton residents the opportunity to meet and listen to the views of the four residents who are running for a three-year selectman’s term currently held by Tom Saviello, who has decided not to seek re-election.
The candidates on the ballot in the election to be held on Tuesday, June 9 at the Wilton Town Office are: Jeff Adams, Irv Faunce, Joey Kinsey and Jerry Whitney. They will share their interests and background, and take questions from the audience at the event.
Wilton’s annual town meeting will start 6:30 p.m. on Monday, June 15 at the Academy Hill School cafeteria.
