FARMINGTON – On Saturday, Nov. 22, the Junior and Senior classes at Mt. Blue High School will be sponsoring the high school’s annual Christmas craft fair. This event, which will be open from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., has been held for many years.

This year’s sale brings together a full gymnasium of crafters from across Maine as well as four MB class tables filled with baked goods and homemade items. During the day, there will be beverages available with homemade soups being sold at lunch time.

The proceeds from the craft fair help to support many Junior and Senior class activities. This year’s Senior class is busy preparing for graduation and their class trip. Monies made from this fair will support these two events. The Junior class is preparing to host the prom in May; again, the funds generated from the craft fair will help to support the spring dance.

The Presidents of the Senior and Junior classes hope that you will join them on Saturday as their respective classes (along with valuable assistance from the Sophomore and Freshman classes) host this fair. For more information, please contact class advisors Regina Voter, Hattie DeRaps or Sean Minear at the high school or Nate Paling at the middle school.
