  1. Sixth grade at AHS was a long time ago, but I remember even then you were a very focused young man. Congratulations on all your hard work and accomplishments!

  2. A proud parent, I am nevertheless reminded of the old proverb, “It takes a village to raise a child,” and nowhere is that more true than the many wonderful people who influenced my son’s development as a person. His experiences growing up embodied our town’s motto: “Wilton: A great place to live, work and play.” Beyond this, the moral development made possible by our community recognizes success not in terms of vocational accomplishments (becoming a doctor, lawyer, etc.), but on the basis of an individual’s character, and we are blessed to have so many hard-working, good people in the foothills of western Maine. In short, the congratulations to my son, though so much appreciated, are really congratulations to all of us- a village that I will always love.
