AUGUSTA – Rep. Tina Riley (D-Jay) welcomed Orion Schwab of Livermore Falls and Lily Towers of Jay and their families to the State House Thursday. Both 2019 Spruce Mountain graduates were awarded the 2020 Legislative Memorial Scholarship for Androscoggin and Franklin Counties, respectively.
