Tina Riley (lower second from right), D-Jay, welcomed students from Spruce Mountain High School to the State House Tuesday. Two of the students, Madeline Labonte (front row far left) and Sara Henderson (second from right), sang the national anthem in the House chamber during the session’s opening ceremonies.
