Titcomb Mountain Holiday Auction to be held Dec. 4

WILTON – The Titcomb Mountain Holiday Auction, sponsored by the Farmington Ski Club and the Titcomb Ski Club Education Foundation, is in its 20th year and will be held on Friday evening, Dec. 4 at Calzolaio Pasta Company in Wilton.

Tom and Rocell Marcellino, Calzolaio Pasta Company owners, are great hosts of the event which continues to bring the community together in a fun evening for a great cause. This year’s auction will feature a variety of items from area craftsmen and businesses, as well as community members. Highlights include: Sugarloaf ski day passes, Titcomb day passes, golf passes at Sugarloaf and Belgrade, oak TV Cabinet from Bouffard’s Furniture, gift certificates, a series of local mystery books, groomer rides, holiday greenery and wreaths, handcrafted items and paintings, and much more.

In addition, the Farmington Ski Club raffle drawing will take place at the auction. Prizes were generously donated by W.A. Mitchell, Northern Lights, Ski Depot and Titcomb Mountain. The prizes are a Royal arm chair with the Farmington ski club logo; a Thule cargo box; a pair of alpine skis and bindings; and a combined nordic/alpine adult season pass to Titcomb Mountain. To get a glimpse of some of the items to be auctioned this year, please visit the Calico Patch storefront on Broadway as a window display is on hand for viewing beginning December 1st until Friday morning.

If you and friends are interested in attending the auction, the silent auction bidding will begin at 6 p.m. followed by the live auction at 7 p.m. Adrian Harris is this year’s auctioneer with over 19 years of auctioneering, he is guaranteed to keep things moving and lively!
