FARMINGTON – Healthy Community Coalition of Greater Franklin County has been awarded a two-year grant from the Maine Cancer Foundation to provide tobacco prevention and cessation programming. This project is designed to promote and support tobacco-free lifestyles and decrease tobacco-related cancer incidence and mortality rates.

Individuals can contact and speak with HCC’s trained staff professionals through a variety of options including one-on-one meetings, group settings, or communications by telephone, text, or email.
