UNITY – Stop by the Health and Healing tent at the Common Ground Country Fair to visit HealthReach Community Health Centers’ table. All fair-goers are encouraged to stop by to meet providers, staff and board members and receive health tips, free giveaways, and information about saving money on health care.
HealthReach sites provide family health and dental care to 29,000 people each year. A Behavioral Health Specialist is at each facility to offer on-site mental health services. HealthReach has locations in Albion, Belgrade, Bethel, Bingham, Coopers Mills, Kingfield, Livermore Falls, Madison, Rangeley, Richmond, and Strong.
