  1. I took this course last Fall and it was truly a life-changing experience. I was hoping to learn coping skills and techniques to deal with the awful stress of my cancer diagnosis and subsequent treatments. This course gave me those tools and so much more. It has enriched my life immeasurably and I recommend this course to all because we can all stand to have some peace.
