FARMINGTON – Beginning Jan. 9, Penn Whiteside will be resuming seeing patients, now in two locations: his office at 107 Box Shop Hill and also at Wilson Stream Family Practice.
Whiteside is a psychiatric nurse practitioner whose specialty is the medication management of psychiatric disorders. He will be available to see his former patients to continue their care and also to see new patients referred by community providers for consultation as before.
Appointments should be made through Wilson Stream Family Practice at 778-9531.
