Physician joins Franklin Health Women’s Care

FARMINGTON – Jennifer Zeliger, MD, will join the medical staff of Franklin Health Women’s Care on September 5. Other providers in the practice include Connie Adler, MD; Tara Aumand, MD; Jacques Belair, MD; Susan Kearing, DO; Jay Naliboff, MD; Susan Tinguely, FNP; and Rebecca Sylvester, FNP.

Dr. Zeliger recently completed a four-year obstetrics and gynecology residency at Maine Medical Center. Before that, she received her medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine. While there, she was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society and the recipient of the Janke B. Mains Memorial Award for Outstanding Performance in Microstructure and Development.

Dr. Zeliger’s professional interests include vaginal surgery and urogynecology, the diagnosis and treatment of stress incontinence and female pelvic floor disorders. She is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the American Medical Association.

Dr. Zeliger recently moved to Farmington with her husband David and their two children. During her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, dogs, and horses, as well as reading, hiking, and travel.

Franklin Health Women’s Care offers a full range of women’s health services at its offices on the first floor of the Franklin Health Medical Arts Center, next to Franklin Memorial Hospital. Obstetrical services are also provided at the Androscoggin Valley Medical Arts Center in Livermore Falls.

  1. Welcome to the Doctor.

    FWH already had several OB/GYNs, though. What they lack currently are good midwives to provide safer, cheaper, less-medicalized care to low-risk pregnant women… So it goes.

  2. Welcome, Dr. Zeliger. Boy, do we need you. I just had surgery last month & had to go to CMMC. It required a
    urogynecologist. Wish I had known you were coming! I would have been your first patient. We have a very good hospital here.
