Town, state offices closing as winter returns

The Jay Town Office is closed for the day.

Farmington Public Library is closed for the day.

Wilton Free Public Library will be closing at 1 p.m. Tuesday, March 13.

Franklin County offices will be closing at 1 p.m.

Strong Town Office closing today at 1 p.m. and tonight's Selectman's Meeting has been postponed/rescheduled until 6 p.m., Thursday, March 15.

Farmington Town Office will be closing at 3 p.m. today, March 13.

The Phillips Town Office is closing at noon today, March 13.

State offices will be closing at 12:30 p.m. today, March 13.

Family Optometry will be closing at 1 p.m. today, March 13. It will open at 8:45 a.m. tomorrow, on March 14.

The Wilton Town Office is closing at noon today, March 13.

The Jay-Niles Memorial Library in Jay is closing today, March 13.

The Jim Ditzler New Sharon Memorial Library is now closed.

University Credit Union will be closing at 1 p.m. today, March 13.

Super Senior bowling league is canceled today, March 13.

Stratton School will be dismissing students at 11:30 a.m.

The Chesterville Town Office will be closing at noon today, March 13, due to storm.

UMF Fitness and Recreation Center will be closing at noon today, March 13.

Students in MSAD 58 will be dismissed at 11 a.m. today, March 13.

There is no school in RSU 73 today, March 13.

There is no school in RSU 9 today, March 13.

Western Maine Community Action offices will be closed Tuesday, March 13.

Franklin County District and Superior Court has been cancelled for Tuesday, March 13.

Central Maine Community College is closed Tuesday, March 13.

The Phillips selectmen meeting on March 13 has been postponed to March 20.

The state has cancelled all Bureau of Motor Vehicles driver license exams scheduled for March 13. Any applicant who is concerned about the expiration date of his/her driver license permit due to the rescheduling of the exam should contact the Driver License Examination & Scheduling Unit at 624-9000, Ext. 52119.

Due to the anticipated storm, the Farmington selectmen’s meeting on March 13 has been postponed to Thursday, March 15 at 6:30 p.m.

  4. "Citizen", in the past, if the RSU 9 School District has cancelled school the the Church cancels their luncheon, too.
