FARMINGTON – A 24-year-old woman is facing aggravated domestic violence assault and criminal mischief charges after police said a fight with her boyfriend escalated to include allegations of strangulation and breaking a television and a camera.
Megan White of Perham Street was arrested on Sunday after a neighbor called police to report a fight in progress at a nearby apartment.
Farmington Officer Darin Gilbert responded and arrested White, who is accused of choking her boyfriend and of throwing a camera at the TV and breaking both of them, according to Gilbert’s report.
White was transported to the Franklin County Detention Center where she remains as of Tuesday morning.
