INDUSTRY – A local man was arrested Tuesday, after police conducted a bail check at a residence and alleged he was in illegal possession of a firearm.
Scott Osborne, 45 of Industry, was arrested on a charge of possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, a Class C felony, as well as misdemeanor violation conditions of release.
According to Sheriff Scott Nichols, Cpl. Matthew Brann and Deputy Andrew Morgan conducted a bail check at a residence on West Mills Road on Nov. 24 at 9 p.m. at night. As a result of that check, they arrested Osbourne.He is being held at Franklin County Jail, pending his initial hearing.
