  1. It is clear the lady filled her cart with goods and a baby and simply walked out. There are no visible Walmart bags holding the goods. Shoplifters make it more expensive for us to buy things we need.

  2. Janice, Walmart uses cameras with a 1080×1920(1080i)resolution, it is an HD resolution. The hardware in public offices is 1024×768(780p) or maybe 1366×768(780i) at best, which is a low hd resolution, and then software used, and it is a single frame from a camera not really designed to take still pictures. It’s not like a weekly crime show where the picture from a surveillance camera is crystal clear and the more they zoom in, the clearer the picture, real life doesn’t work like that.

  3. Classy, Actually no I don’t work at Walmart. It’s called asking questions. You see most surveillance cameras don’t take still photos, so they have to take a video, pause the frame they want and screen capture it, then print the captured photo, and the person was moving, movement causes motion blur, motion blur and appear as pixelated points in the photo as a camera with a wide angle lens and zero F stop is trying to figure out what to focus on. And I simply asked Walmart the resolution of their cameras. And who knows, maybe the officer paused the video and took a picture with a cellphone, the result would be pretty much the same.
