Public asked for help identifying tattooed person

FARMINGTON – The Franklin County Sheriff’s Department is seeking help from the public in identifying the male seen in the photo above.

“We would like to speak with him as a potential witness. We believe he may have knowledge that will assist us in solving a crime,” said Lt. David Rackliffe.

Anyone who can identify the tattoos as belonging to a particular individual can contact Franklin Dispatch at 778-6140, or by sending an anonymous tip by texting 274637 with FRANKTIP in the text or by going to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department web site at www.franklincounty-me.org and clicking on the Tip tab.

  1. This looks like a picture taken with a trail cam. Can’t imagine how else they would get a photo such as this one…

    I wouldn’t say it could be anybody, most of us still don’t have our right arm covered with tattoos.
    The person also appears to carry a biker wallet in his right pocket and has is wearing a distinctive jersey.
    That isn’t your run of the mill belt, either.

  3. Well its a male with long blonde hair and a spider web tattoo on his elbow. If you look at the “N” on the shirt you can see his hair as well as if you zoom in on his tattoo you can see that its a spider web on his elbow.
