CORNVILLE – Brian L. Greene, 67, passed away May 20, 2016 at his home.
He was born Nov. 12, 1948 in Skowhegan, the son of Norman and Eileen (Bird) Greene.
He was educated in the schools of Madison and graduated from Madison High School in 1968. In 1969 he married Sharon Salisbury at the Methodist Church in Skowhegan. He was a veteran who proudly served his country in the US Marine Corps during the Vietnam war until his honorable discharge. Brian enjoyed camping, fishing, loved music, singing and playing his guitar.
Brian is survived by his wife of 47 years, Sharon (Salisbury) Greene of Cornville; daughter, Brianna Greene and partner Pike Lanctot of Madison; 2 granddaughters, Desaray Hinkley and fiance Josh Fortin of Naples, Andrea Hinkley of Madison; brother, Jeffrey Greene and wife Carla of East Madison.
He was predeceased by his parents and sister Janet Elwell.
A private graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family.
