  1. When I got home off the highway last evening around 6pm Peanut was setting on his 4 wheeler by my lower driveway where I back my tractor around I stopped and spoke with Peanut a few minutes and he seemed just like the same old Peanut we joked a few minutes about a Old Power Wagon Dodge I had that I plowed snow with a few years back and what a brute it was. I am so glad I took the extra minute to shut my big truck off and just shoot the breeze with him a bit as when I woke up today I was floored to find out he had passed …Peanut lived just up the hill from me and across the brook and was the “patrolman” of our homes on Ross Ave…he knew if someone was around that wasn’t suppose to be and the silence of no passing four wheeler today has been a deafening reminder of how short our lives here are. RIP Peanut your prescence here is already missed
