FARMINGTON – Kenneth Maider Jr., 61, of Strong died Thursday, August 26, 2010 at Franklin Memorial Hospital in Farmington.
He was born in Beverly, MA on June 20, 1949 the son of Kenneth and Joan (Holloway) Maider Sr. Kenneth had worked as an Accountant, a Fatory Worker, and at various ski resorts. He enjoyed bird watching, loved nature and taking long walks, and spending time with his grandchildren.
Kenneth is survived by his long-term companion Betty Carroll; two daughters Stephanie Maider Jean of NH, and Christine Maider of MA; three sons Jeffery Smith of ME, Robert Maider of NH, and Nicholas Maider of MA; seven grandchildren; ten step-grandchildren; his sister Lucy Minnihan of NJ; two brothers Jeffery Maider of MA, and Christopher Maider of MA; and sixteen nieces and nephews. Kenneth was predeceased by two brothers David Macneill of MA, and Philip Maider of FL.
