JAY – Kenneth Merrill, 59, of Jay, died on Saturday evening, April 19, 2014, following a long illness.
He was born in Farmington on July 1, 1954 to Clayton and Catherine (Robichaud) Merrill. He was a graduate of Jay High School, class of 1972.
He traveled nationally installing cell towers. Before his illness he was employed by the Livermore Falls School district.
His hobbies were hunting and fishing and he also enjoyed gardening.
He is survived by his sister and her husband, Suzanne and Paul Vose of Derry, N.H.; his brothers and their wives: Dennis and Judith Merrill of Readfield and Charles and Brenda Merrill of Livermore; his Godmother Alice Merrill, Livermore Falls; seven nieces and nephews; his former boss and dear friend Michael Sullivan of Standish; many cousins and close friends.
He was predeceased by his parents.

There will be no services as per his request. Donations may be made to the charity of one’s choice. Arrangements are in the care of the Wiles Remembrance Center, 308 Franklin Road, Jay.
