SANFORD – Leanna D. Bilodeau, 75, formerly of Livermore Falls, passed away on Saturday, Sept. 17, 2016 at Greenwood Nursing Care Center in Sanford.

She was born on April 18, 1941 in Upton, the daughter of Alvah and Unis White. She was a graduate of Livermore Falls High School. She married Gerard Bilodeau in January, 1957, and in 1959, they started a family.

She lived most of her life in Livermore Falls. Leanna was able to do most anything she put her mind to, from sewing, knitting, and crocheting, to pottery, making wedding cakes and painting. She loved her family and spending time with her grandchildren. Most of all, she loved riding her motorcycle.

Leanna is survived by her three daughters: Marie Brochu and husband Raymond of New Hampshire, Susan Piela and husband Ray of Leeds, and Michelle Sullivan of Hinsdale, N.H.; four sons: Richard Bilodeau of Lakeland, Florida, Gary Bilodeau and wife Carline of Dedham, Scott Bilodeau and wife Lisa of East Livermore, and David Bilodeau and wife Miranda of Livermore Falls; sisters: Margaret LeBlond of Rangeley, and Hellen Disharoon of Tennessee; brothers: Kenneth and Eugene White of Rangely, Melvin and Montel White of Tennessee and Bert White of East Livermore; 17 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was predeceased by her husband Gerard; a grandchild, Joshua; her sister Rose Howard; and her brother Cecil White.

Graveside services will be held on Oct. 1, 2016 at Mile Square Cemetery in Avon, Maine at 1 p.m. Arrangements under the care of Adams-McFarlane Funeral & Cremation Services, 108 Court St., Farmington. Condolences may be sent for the family at www.adamsmcfarlane.com.
