Public memorial services for Stanley Christian Hapeman, who died April 7, 2019, formerly of Mt. Vernon, will be held on Saturday, Aug. 17, 2019 at 2 p.m. at the North Vienna Methodist Church followed by a reception in the Church Vestry.
