FARMINGTON – Rachael Osborne Fronk, 78, passed away at her home on March 11, 2019.

She was born on Jan. 17, 1941 in New Sharon, the daughter of George and Minnie (Bachalder) Osborne.

Rachael graduated from Wilton Academy in the class of 1961. On May 4, 1964, she married Keith E. Fronk in Industry. Over the years, she worked at G.H. Bass, Livermore Shoe and Farmington Shoe, and also as a CNA. Rachael enjoyed puzzles, sewing, and spending time with the grandkids.

Rachael is survived by; her husband, Keith Fronk of Farmington; son, Jeffrey Fronk and wife Brenda of Farmington; daughter, Betsy Scott and husband Andrew of Michigan; sister, Jeanann Cote of Portland; brother, Richard Chabot of Farmington; grandson, Chris Butterfield, and wife Lorrin of Farmington; granddaughter, Brooke Kenyon and husband Josh of North Carolina; grandson, Justin Ridley of Farmington; great grandsons, Henry and Colton; great granddaughter, Riley; sisters in-law, Josie Newell and Alice McCafferty; many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her brother, Michael Newell, on March 5, 2019.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the nurse staff at Androscoggin Home Health Service.

Donations in Rachael’s memory may be made to the Clearwater Ministry Food Pantry, 1432 Industry Rd., Industry, ME 04938.

Graveside services will be held later in the spring at Fairview Cemetery in Farmington. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Dan & Scott’s Cremation & Funeral Service, 488 Farmington Falls Rd., Farmington, ME 04938.

  3. Keith, Ric and I are so sorry to hear of Rachael’s passing. She was such a great fan and lady, and showed up for our performances whenever possible. I also enjoyed getting together with her at the house for coffee. Our thoughts are with you and your family.
