Raynold Ross (1963 – 2015)

AUBURN – Raynold Ross, 52, of Rangeley, died late Saturday evening at the Hospice House in Auburn.

He was born in Farmington, Feb. 14, 1963, a son of Harry Joe and Kathleen (Gray) Ross and received his education in Rangeley area schools.

On July 29, 1989, he married Heidi Hartwell in Rangeley. Ross worked at various odd jobs in the Rangeley area and enjoyed tinkering as well as hunting and fishing.

He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Heidi of Rangeley; a son Benjamin and a daughter, Anna Rose, both of Rangeley; brothers, Tommy Gray of Sandy River Plt and George Ross, Sr. of MA.

Memorial services will be held on Friday at 1 pm from the Church of the Good Shepherd, Main Street, Rangeley. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be considered to his family, c/o Wiles Remembrance Center, 137 Farmington Falls Road, Farmington, ME 04938.

  1. Bob and I are sending our deepest sympathies to Heidi, Ben and Anna Rose. We have so many memories from all our years in Rangeley. Everyone has so many Reynold stories! He will be missed by so many.
