FARMINGTON – Reginald Parker Watson, 57, of Chesterville passed away Saturday, July 4, 2015 at Franklin Memorial Hospital in Farmington.

He was born on Oct. 25, 1957, in Farmington the son of Irvin and Maxine Watson. He was a graduate of Mt. Blue High School and went on to work at Bass Shoe where he met his companion Jolene Gatchell. They worked there until Bass Shoe closed. Reginald then went on to work at Verso Paper where he worked until his passing.

He was a member of the American Vets in Jay. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, four wheeling, and spending time with his friends, family, and dogs.

Reginald is survived by his companion of 27 years Jolene Gatchell; his daughter Allison Watson and her companion Brittany Berkey of Jay; his dog Storm; his sister Catherine Davis and husband Richard of New Sharon; his brother William F. Hiscock and his wife Hazel of Glenburn; four grand dogs Zues, Cali, Buddy, and Lady; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was predeceased by his parents Irvin Watson and Maxine E. Whittier Hiscock Watson.

Visitation will be held on Friday, July 10, 2015 from 6-8 p.m. at Adams-McFarlane Funeral & Cremation Services, 108 Court St., Farmington. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Fairview Cemetery in Farmington. Those wishing may make donations in Reginald’s memory to The American Heart Association, 1 Union Street, #301, Robbinsville, NJ 08691-4183.
