OAKLAND – Shirley M. Cote, 64, died Monday, December 3, 2012 following a long illness at home with her family by her side. She was born in Jackman on March 3, 1948, the daughter of Alfred and Antoinette (Roy) Quirion.
She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Raymond Cote of Oakland; son, David Quirion and wife Jean of Waterville; daughter, Tina Steeves and husband Jeff of Belgrade; 2 granddaughters, Beverly McDaniel of Oakland, and Jamie Millett of Belgrade; 3 grand sons, Justin Hillman of Belgrade, David Jr. and Michael Quirion of Waterville; and 5 great granddaughters.
At Shirley’s request, there will be no visitation hours or funeral service.
