Here in Maine local elections have always been focused on the candidate’s abilities and character, more than party affiliation. I am hoping this will be the case in the contest for State Representative from Farmington and New Sharon, district #113. We need to look carefully at the candidates and vote for the one who has a thorough knowledge of the issues affecting our area, who knows the law and the legislative process, who will listen to and represent all of the residents, and who has the strength experience brings to stand up for us in Augusta from the first day on the job.
I believe that Ed David is best qualified to take on this important responsibility. I’d like to have him represent me when the big decisions affecting our area are made.
