Letter to the Editor: Thanks to Poland Spring, Kingfield community

I would like to start by giving a warm and meaningful thank you to Poland Springs for their generous donation of water to the Hinkley Family Scholarship Fund. We had a beautiful day at the Kingfield Festival and the water was a perfect blend to add along with our selling of the root beer floats and ice cream.

I would also like to say thank you to the community that was at either function: Kingfield Pops (craft fair), or the Kingfield Festival in helping us to achieve our goal in raising money. Without you (the community), we (Hinkley Family Scholarship Fund committee) would not be able to give out one or two scholarships to help someone towards their college. We are trying to make this our best year so far. I will say again thank you Poland Springs for the cases water that your company donated and a big thank you to the community that bought our delicious root beer floats and ice cream. Hope to see you at the Blue Berry Festival in Wilton.
