FARMINGOTN – Playoff hopes dwindle as Mt. Blue boys varsity soccer fell to Bangor in a 2-0 game at home on Saturday, Oct. 3.

Mt. Blue had six shots on goal, one save, and two corner kicks. Scoring for Bangor was Carson Athertey and Eli Lien with an assist from Sean McGuire. Bangor had nine shots on goal, two saves, and four corner kicks.

The Mt. Blue varsity team’s record now stands at 2 wins, 6 losses, and 2 ties.

The Mt. Blue Boys junior varsity team won 1-2. That team’s record stands 5 wins, 4 losses, and 1 tie.
