All new divisions this year to promote safety fairness and more interest in the game.
Majors: Ages 11, 12 & any 13 year old who did not make a school team and/or who has not participated on a U12 All Star team
Minors: Ages 9, 10 and any 8 year old ready to play at live pitch level.
Rookies: Ages 6, 7 and any 8 year old not ready to move up.
Farmington area sign-ups: April 6 & 7 Mt. Blue High School cafeteria from 6 to 7:30 p.m.
Wilton area sign-ups: April 2 & 7 at Academy Hill School from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Bring a glove for skills and drill both nights.
New Sharon area sign-ups: March 31 at Cape Cod School from 5:30 to 7 p.m.
If a child turned 13 AFTER Jan 1 is she looked at as a 12 year old or 13 year old? What if she doesnt try out for middle school?
If your child is 12 on January 1st, she is considered 12 all year. We encourage everyone to try out for school teams, however, if your child has not made a school team before (or this year) , and has not made a U12 all star team she may play in the league without trying out for a school team.
