Locals participate in the Maine USATF Youth State Track Meet

Jenna Hanrahan places eighth in the 11 & 12 year old shot put at the Maine USATF Youth State Track Meet in Brewer on Sunday. Dominic Giampietro edges out the pack in the 200 meter to place second. Giampietro's goal was to beat the state record which both he and the first place finisher accomplished.

Nathan Pratt-Holt, competing unattached, gives it his all in the 13 & 14 year old long jump as he tries to break the record but falls 2 inches short with a winning jump of 18 feet 11 inches.
