Mt. Blue boys soccer team defeats Oxford Hills in playoff game

FARMINGTON – The Mt. Blue boys varsity soccer team beat Oxford Hills 2 – 0 in an exciting playoff game Saturday afternoon at the Mt. Blue Campus. The goals were scored by senior Keeshawn Ferreira from an assist by Devon Hoyt and junior Evan Backus from an assist by Thomas Wing.

The Cougars move on to the next round of the playoffs when they take on the #1 ranked Lewiston Blue Devils on Tuesday in Lewiston.

Thanks bulldog for story but don’t forget there was a field hockey game also that mt. blue won in overtime against Cony that was incredible and a story should be done on all mt blue sports maybe by a school rep say the principal or a staff member should do them. Remeber 62 million spent small favor to ask.

  2. This story was written and submitted by a soccer parent not the daily bulldog. We should be complaining to our local sports writer for not covering and writing about all the teams.
