Mt. Blue field hockey wins again, tops Oxford Hills

The Mt. Blue High School field hockey team beat Oxford Hills, 2 to 1, on Tuesday.

Samantha Ellis scored the first goal in the 1st half with an assist by Ellie Pelletier. Hannah Minns scored the second goal in second half with an assist by Leah St. Laurent. Oxford Hills’ goal was scored by Morgan Richardson.

Mt.Blue dominated the corners, 13 to 5, notching eight in second half. Goalie Erika McArthur made 12 saves, with Oxford Hills goalie Anna Huff saving 23.

  1. GO BLUE !!!! Keep up the hard work. Great game, a little tense at times but the out come was the same another win. Keep running hard and finish through with every play and the results will be the same another win. One proud COUGAR fan… way to go Coach !!
